Who is Ginger and Why is her House Made of Bread?
A few days ago our good friends Craig, JaNae, Jaycee, and Rylee had a fun weekend including making ginger bread houses. They weren’t alone because we did the same thing two weeks ago for family home evening. We had never made a house out of ginger bread before and Heather was smart enough to buy a kit. I don’t know how edible the thing is but it sure was a blast putting it together.
As always, Heather was in charge and oversaw the entire operation and I was the icing man. I made sure that everything stuck together. The kids did all of the decorating — jelly bean here, gum drop there, sprinkles everywhere!
We had such a good time with this I think we will make it a Christmas tradition for our family.

Looks like such fun. Always wanted to do one. Wish I had been there. Ginger has a lovely home.

I love your gingerbread house. Isn’t it fun?? I’m so glad you guys made one too. Now it makes me feel like we did something together (well, not really, but kind of). Love you guys!!!!
